Is Charlie Kingery still police officer?

August 2024 · 1 minute read

Charlie Kingery transitioned from fulfilling his boyhood dream of becoming a police officer to leading a comedy troupe that toured across the country and launching his own apparel line within the period of 18 months.

Kingery’s trip has been quick and undoubtedly bizarre because he previously tased a man who was dressed as Santa Claus on Christmas morning.

Since he and his wife, Christine, tied the knot ten years ago, Kingery has called Fisher’s home. Two children, Landon, 8, and Audra, 5, were born to the couple. He attended Franklin College and played baseball while growing up in Beech Grove.

An uncle of Kingery’s who worked as an undercover detective for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department inspired him to pursue a career in law enforcement.

Is Charlie Kingery still a police officer?

Kingery has ten years of experience in police enforcement. He joined the Lawrence Police Department as an officer in 2018. He was a Fortville police officer before that. He is a reserve officer for the Lawrence Police Department at the moment.

If the television program “Live PD” hadn’t followed the cops in Lawrence, he might have continued to work as a full-time officer.
